First Aid Kit

First aid kit

It might be a good idea to take a first aid kit with you, including some needles, because some countries do not have good, safe medicine and treatments.

Remember to take with you any special medicine that you might need. If you need regular injections you will need a form from your doctor. This is so that you can take things like needles on an aeroplane.

If you are going on holiday in Europe make sure that you get an E111 form from the Post Office. You will need to fill this in and have it stamped at the Post Office. Always make sure you have some travel insurance – to pay for any treatment you may have on holiday abroad.

  • FCO which has a section on travelling with a disability
